Club Membership Terms and Conditions
The term ‘The Invicta Car Club’, ‘the club’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to The Invicta Car Club Limited, the operator of the club.
The term ‘you’ refers to a member of the club or non-member participating in club activities.
By becoming a member of The Invicta Car Club you must understand and agree to the following:
- All members and non-members participate in events entirely at their own risk. You should be fully insured for any activity that you attend, with or without club members.
- By joining the club, attending events or meetings etc, you agree to indemnify the club against any claim for loss or damage to you, your car or belongings at any meetings, events or venues.
- Joining the club is deemed as acceptance of all of our terms and conditions of membership.
Images of you and your car (which may include your car registration) may be used in promotional posts on our website and/or in printed form in the club magazine. Attending any event with the club confers the authority to take such images and use them as described.
If you share any photos or imagery in the forum or send them to the club or it’s admins directly, you waive the right to any copyrights on those images/video etc. Note that this does not apply to images provided by a 3rd party copyright holder; in this case provision of said images should be with the copyright holders express permission for the use of the club as stated above and any conditions communicated clearly (credits etc).
All images on the website are subject to copyright and anyone wishing to reproduce or distribute, in any form, any of the images must contact the club to obtain permission to do so stating their intended use.
You must respect your fellow club members. Any bullying, disrespecting a fellow club member or members car (or type of car) in public, or in the forum, will not be tolerated.
You must not do anything to bring the club or the marque into disrepute and must always promote the club in a positive manner.
If you disagree or are unable to comply with any of the above, please contact the club secretary without delay.
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in your membership being terminated without notice and without refund of any membership fees or donations.
