Notice (of variation) is hereby given that: The Annual General Meeting

will be held on Tuesday 11th July at 7:00 pm
The meeting will be held by (Zoom) video conference and the details for joining the conference as well as the AGM reports will be provided on request by emailing the Club Secretary, Jo Moss Kitcher. The conference details will also be published on the club website under Upcoming Events and the materials made available through the forum.

PROXIES
Any member who is unable to attend the meeting but wishes to nominate someone else as their proxy must send written notice of this to the Club Secretary at least 48 hours before the meeting. Please note that one individual can only act as proxy for one other member.
